Using the Zoom integration
WARNING: the Zoom integration will become unavailable fairly soon.
The Telescape Live Zoom integration allows you to automatically create meetings in your Zoom account for each booking. Players will be invited to join these meetings from their Telescape Live link.
Installation
To install the Zoom integration please click here and follow the instructions. You will be taken to your Zoom account (you may have to log in) and will be asked if you want to give Telescape Live access to your account. Click "Authorize" to complete the integration.
Usage
Once you have installed the Zoom integration you will be given an option to create a Zoom meeting when creating a booking. To try this out go to the bookings page and click "Add Booking". Select a game profile, a date and a time and ensure that the "Create Zoom meeting" checkbox is checked. Click "Save" to complete the process, a Zoom meeting will be created in your Zoom account.
If you later reschedule the booking by clicking the "Reschedule" link in the bookings page we will also reschedule the meeting in Zoom for you automatically.
Using Zoom with Multiple Simultaneous Hosts
If you want to run mulitple bookings at the same time using Zoom the easiest way is to add multiple users to your Zoom account (you can also connect multiple Zoom accounts to Telescape Live, but it's a lot easier if you have a single account).
If you are creating bookings manually in Telescape Live then you can select a host for each Zoom meeting at the time you create the booking. However, if you don't know which host will take which booking at that time or if you're using an integration to automatically create bookings (which will always choose the user marked as "owner") then you will want to change the host at a later time.
To change the Zoom host for a booking find that booking in the Telescape Live Booking section and click "change host". You'll only be able to select other hosts who have assinged "Scheduling privileges" to the original host (this is a limitation of Zoom unfortunately).

Uninstallation
To uninstall the Buzzshot integration from your Zoom account follow the following steps:
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace
- Click Manage > Installed Apps or search for the Telescape Live app
- Click the Telescape Live app
- Click Uninstall
You can reinstall again in the future by following the instructions in the Installation section of this document.
Troubleshooting
What to do if you see "Failed to create Zoom meeting"
This may be a temporary problem, try again and see if it works. If the problem persists then you may need to reauthorize your Zoom integration. To do that click here and click the "reconnect" button for your Zoom accont. Contact support@buzzshot.co if you see this often.
