Using the Zapier integration
Zapier is a service that let's you connect apps you use together. So when something happens in one app you can take an action in another. Telescape Live supports Zapier so you can integrate Telescape Live with any of the other bits of software that Zapier supports.
To use the Zapier integration you'll need a Zapier account. Once you have that click this link to be invited to use Telescape Live in Zapier (Telescape Live is currently a private integration so you won't see it in the supported list until you've been invited).
Once you have done this you can create a new Zap in Zapier and select Telescape Live as one of the integration to use.
What can the Telescape Live Zapier Integration do?
Zapier works based on Triggers (something that happens in Telescape Live and can trigger an action in Zapier) and Actions (something that Zapier can do to Telescape Live). Right now we just support actions and triggers to do with bookings, but we plan to support interacting with live games soon (let us know if you're interested in this!)
Trigger on new booking
This triggers when a new booking is created in Telescape Live
Trigger on canceled booking
This triggers when a booking is canceled in Telescape Live
Trigger on rescheduled booking
This triggers when a booking is rescheduled in Telescape Live
Action to create a booking
The action creates a new booking Telescape Live for a given date and time. If you have configured our Zoom Integration you can also set the "Create Zoom Meeting" field and Telescape will create a Zoom meeting to go along with your new booking.
Action to cancel a booking
This action cancels a booking. If you are using our Zoom Integration and this booking has a Zoom Meeting then we will also cancel that.
Action to reschedule a booking
This action reschedules a booking to a new date and time. If you are using our Zoom Integration and this booking has a Zoom Meeting then we will also reschedule that.
What will be supported in the future?
Lots of things! But let us know what you'd like to be able to do by emailing support@buzzshot.co and we'll do our best to get whatever you need supported. We do plan to allow triggering codes within the game using Zapier at some point.
